Join the Burland HOA

Membership is open to all Burland Ranchettes property owners. While voluntary, your dues directly fund community programs, park maintenance, and the Firewise program. All property owners remain subject to the Covenants regardless of membership status.

Membership Types

Member — $25/year

Property owner within Burland Ranchettes
Full voting rights at meetings
Access to member documents, directory & portal

Friend of the Association — $25/year

Property owners in adjacent communities or leaseholders in Burland Ranchettes
No voting rights — requires board approval
Access to member documents, directory & portal
Eligible for Firewise program benefits

All are welcome to attend meetings. Members and Friends may speak and share thoughts. Anyone may attend but only Members and Friends may address the board.
