Membership is open to all Burland Ranchettes property owners — one membership per lot. The HOA is voluntary, but your support directly funds community programs, park maintenance, and Firewise efforts.

Member

For property owners within Burland Ranchettes. Full voting rights at all meetings. One membership per lot. $25/year.

Friend of the Association

For property owners in adjacent communities (Bailey Mountain, Burland Meadows, Double C, Roland Valley, Trails West, and others) or leaseholders of Burland Ranchettes properties. Requires board approval. No voting rights. Eligible for Firewise benefits. $25/year.

Members and Friends may attend and speak at all HOA meetings. Anyone is welcome to attend, but only Members and Friends may address the board.
